Due to recent dvelopments, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) has advised eyecare providers to postpone routine care in order to limit the spread of COVID-19. At this time, office visits will be limited to urgent and emergency care only. This includes but is not limited to the following criteria: foreign particles in the eye Scratched or painful eye... Sudden onset of flashes/floaters Sudden vision loss We are asking that patients with conjunctivitis aka pink eye do NOT schedule face to face visits. Instead we will be offering telehealth examinations with Dr. Austin. This option will also be available to any immunocompromised patients, patients 65+ or patients who do not ant to leave their homes. If you are in need of a CONTACT LENS REFILL, a team member will be available to take orders for processing and shipping to your residence. We feel that postponing routine care is the best decision for the safety of our patients, our staff, and our families. We truly appreciate your patience, loyalty, and understanding as we navigate this evolving situation with you. We plan to resume routine eyecare starting April 1, 2020.
