2019 Mountain Mandarin Festival was so much fun! It was great to get to make the trophies for the event but it was really cool to win one!! Partak’s won many of the cooking contest awards but I actually won Best Mandarin Salad!! Thanks to everyone who helped and to Snow’s Citrus Court for the dressing!
