In response to the recent loss of our beloved Calistoga Ranch, Auberge Resorts Collection to the Napa Valley Glass Fire, we have established the Auberge Assistance Fund, a relief initiative that will help struggling team members who have experienced a loss or hardship due to a disaster. Due to the extent of the damage, it is expected that it could take quite some time to rebuild the property, leaving many Calistoga Ranch team members without jobs for the foreseeable future. ...We are working to place as many team members as possible in other roles in Napa and at properties across the entire Auberge Resorts Collection portfolio. Unfortunately, in this current environment, there will still be many employees who won't be able to find new roles.
