Athletic Treads is Giving Away Socks to Local Healthcare Workers For every pair of shoes purchased through the end of May, Athletic Treads will donate a pair of performance socks to a local healthcare worker sacrificing their own well being in efforts to combat Covid-19. On top of that, we will also give the purchaser a free pair of performance socks for themselves because we understand these times are hard for everyone. However, if you feel you do not need the socks, we wil...l happily donate them to medical staff as well. Together, we can help make those front-line Covid-19 healthcare workers just a little more comfortable. As a reminder, our store is closed for in-store shopping (during the shelter in place), but we have launched a contactless, free home delivery or curbside pickup option. Athletic Treads hosted a very successful meet and greet open house for over 90 invited podiatrists (DPM's) and personal trainers. We want to thank our various shoe vendors for attending and sharing their latest shoe technologies and trends with our guests.

Athletic Performance in Downtown Willow Glen became Athletic Treads back in October of 2018. We moved just 3 doors away from our old location to our new location at 1141 Lincoln Avenue. The store is still owned and managed by the same family. Please stop in and say "hi".

PLEASE support Justin Lord (the owners son and long time AP employee) in his participation in the Great Cycle Challenge to raise funds to fight kids' cancer. Throughout the month of June, Justin is riding his bike with a goal to ride 400+ miles and raise $3,000. All the proceeds go to the Children's Cancer Research Fund towards the continued development of lifesaving treatments, with hope that one day soon, a permanent cure for childhood cancer will be discovered.
