You have to try this recipe! Get your day off to the right start with this super tasty oatmeal. All ingredients (minus a fresh cut up , have a long shelf life) AND... this is definitely one of those meals that you could make a large serving & eat it for more than just 1 day It’s so important that we are taking care of our health right now. In every capacity: -Our physical bodies by the food we eat & choosing to exercise. ... -Our mental health by choosing to have positive, wise, hopeful & uplifting thoughts & words -our emotional/spiritual health keeping our heart full of compassion & courage at this time. Most of these ingredients are from Trader Joe’s but many stores/online retailers have all of this. Yes, the Instapot makes a total difference in how well this oatmeal turns out, but you could also make it without one as well. Oh...last thing. The last picture is what mine actually looked like. Pasadena Soccer Academy offers the ONLY indoor, all-weather futsal facility in Pasadena. We are now forming 5 vs. 5 league play and competition for youths aged 5 and older to adults.
