Hi Karate Family, We are going to train together safely this coming Saturday. No physical contact will occur between students or between teachers and students and social distancing will be strictly enforced. All the striking equipment was at the dojo so I have been creating a home dojo. You can only punch and kick air so much. You need the feedback from a target to tell you about your power, balance, and body alignment. I want to thank my very talented brother-in-law Josh Goldsmith who made this incredibly strong in a matter of minutes.

Hi Atascadero Shotokan Students, Starting Monday, April 6th we will have our first live streaming Zoom Class. Classes will start at 5:30 pm and run for approximately an hour. Make sure to download the application on a tablet or laptop and set up an account, it is free. Go to the dojo website at https://www.atascaderoshotokan.com/online-classes The password is in the email that was sent out. Classes will be held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you have problems text me.... I am also going to be at the dojo tomorrow from 10 am to 10:15 am to loan out blockers and shields for any student that would like to borrow them.
