Using your controller medicine? Have your asthma under control but still experiencing breathing difficulties when you exercise? If so, try using your quick relief medicine (Albuterol/Xopenex) with a SPACER approximately 15 to 20 minutes prior to the exercise, wait 5 minutes and use it again. Let me know if this works for you.
