Thanks Dr. Nooravi, We also appreciate your efforts in helping senior Iranians in LA. I guess sooner or later many of us will face the fact of age. I am sure with so many people in the community and so much experience, we could certainly put those collective experiences to use to help, young people, families in need, and each other.

It is time to pay attention to older Iranian Americans . Our elderly deserve our attention. Over 14 years ago, a nice senior in Irvine, Mrs. Massy Alalvi, saw the need for getting the elderly Iranians together. She named her group. Nasl-e-Deerooz-e-Iran (NEDA for short). Today the group is still active in Irvine.A few of us have been helping Mrs. Alavi to get the group to the next level. That's how the Association of
