September 30th: We will be out front distributing between cohorts...10:30am -12:30pm. Preordered Yearbook Pick Up times are as follows:... Students Last names A through F: 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM Student Last names G through Maz: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Student Last names Mc through Sa: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM Student Last names Sc through Z: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM This pick up is for yearbooks that were preordered. If you did not preorder a yearbook, we have a limited quantity to sell which we will be doing at a later time. Please wait for further instructions on how to purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to hold yearbooks for families. If you preordered and still need to pay, please bring a check or cash in the exact amount as we will not have change. Ok, Roadrunners, this one helps our school AND our community! Mark your calendars: MILLION MEALS CHALLENGE ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2020 Earn School Cents points for the Aspen Elementary PFA when you donate food items to Food Share of Ventura County. Simply drive up with your non-perishable items to the East parking lot at The Oaks on September 26th from 9:00AM 1:00PM. In order to get credit for Aspen, please count the number of items and take a photo showing all of the ...items donated. Then, complete and submit the form here: https://shopandlog.wufoo.com//million-meals-challenge-the/ by September 30th. We can earn 100 points per individual item, with a limit of 1,000 items per school. The most urgently needed items include canned protein (tuna, chicken, salmon), cereal (preferably non-sugar varieties), beans (dry and canned), rice (in 1lb - 2lb bags or mixes), and peanut butter.
