Happy to announce another successful closing! I'm really proud of my clients for choosing this house with paid off solar panels, artificial grass in both the front yard and back, and double and triple pane windows. Before we found this house we ended up looking at a bad flip that had laminate floors, poorly painted cabinets decorated with stainless handles and topped with the lowest grade of granite. The house looked as if it was painted without primer, the windows were sing...le pane, the concrete was poorly painted to hide imperfections, and so was the fascia. We ended up talking about houses that have a good skeleton. We meant something that was well cared for with a good layout and endless potential. It almost seemed like it was planned but we were talking about that on the way to see this house! It ended up having everything we talked about. You can always paint an ugly color, change an old carpet, and replace ugly curtains. You can't change the location, change the layout, or replace your neighbors that easily.
