When life gets stressful, I find it’s helpful to get outdoors and enjoy nature. Here’s a picture of what I’m looking at today. Not only does it make for a beautiful setting but also allows me to gain a fresh perspective. They say 20 minutes of per day helps relieve anxiety and depression. Try it. You might like it.
