Ashtanga Yoga Nilayam

Noah will be teaching a two week workshop from Sunday October 3rd through Sunday October 17th. It will consist of daily yoga asana class and Sanskrit chanting as well as lectures on Sundays. These will be Noah’s last two weeks teaching in Los Angeles before moving. Location is at Michelle and Alex’s warehouse in Lincoln Heights. Starting next Sunday October 3rd. 119 W. Noah will be moving away and is looking to have an opportunity to teach for 1-2 weeks before he & his family leave Los Angeles.
