ArtWalk Ventura 2020 marks the 27th consecutive year for our event. We would love to see what our awesomely creative community can cook up for this years poster. So we are kicking off a poster competition. Join us Sunday at 11 am for the dedication of the Tortilla Flats Legacy Mural. This exciting new public art project by MB Hanrahan and Moses Mora features the lives of Tortilla Flats residents displaced when the 101 Freeway was built through the west end of Ventura. It was financed entirely by private donors, both large and small, and was painted on the historic 1903 Building on the corner of W. Main St. and Ventura Ave. ArtsVentura was the fiscal sponsor.
