Another great project we worked on with Hufft team. This three story building has around 63,000 sq.ft of office space with unique architectural features. The balconies on the opposite corners of each floor give the building a special look. The structural system is steel frame with concentrically braced frames as the lateral system. Structural design challenges include long cantilevers and offset columns on the two opposite corners of the first floor.
