We would like to congratulate Christy Stewart, RN, for receiving the Molina Healthcare's Community Champions Award for her outstanding leadership, volunteerism, and public advocacy embodying the spirit of service and community. She received a $5,000 grant which she donated to The Open Door, which provides case management and support to victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. Christy works long shifts in the ARMC Trauma Department, she’s both volunteering with... the Sheriff’s department Search and Rescue Team, volunteering to curb the flow of Human Trafficking, working with at-risk adolescents on the streets, and teaching Stop the Bleed programs to area high school students. #TeamARMC #Congratulations #CommunityService #CommunityChampion #MolinaHealthcare

Getting a flu shot means keeping those we care about safe especially children, older family members, and those with chronic health conditions. Here at ARMC we are offering flu shots now through December 18, with no appointment necessary, for those 18 years and older. Insurance will be billed for the flu vaccination. Those who do not have insurance will be eligible for a free vaccination. ARMC is pleased to welcome Dr. Leslie Ghisletta, a Surgical Critical Care and Trauma Surgeon, to the team. She is excited about the opportunity to bring not only her expertise in surgical critical care and trauma surgery to ARMC, but her compassion for patients, as well. Dr. Ghisletta is a member of the Association for Surgical Education and is very driven and committed to teaching medical students and residents, both bedside in the intensive care unit and hands-on in the operating room.
