Who else wishes they were here?! We wanted to revisit this AMAZING clip that one of our passengers captured last week of a Humpback whale checking out our... boat! This whale, nicknamed Lorylaney, is a familiar whale that we have seen for several years now. Passengers aboard the Ocean Explorer had the experience of a lifetime as this amazing animal surfaced right next to the boat. Please note, close encounters with whales like this are RARE! Our boat was not moving at the time of this encounter for the whale’s safety.
