We hope all of you are staying safe during these times of adversity. More then ever this is a time to be thankful for what we have with loved ones, family and good health. It is difficult not seeing the boys on our regular routine, but we want to take the time to acknowledge two of our 4-year Varsity players for being nominated for 1st-Team ALL-CIF SS in Division II. Congratulations to Seniors Jose Garcia and Ricardo Chazaro for their nomination! Well deserved! The Arlington family is proud of the both of you!

Its been a few days to reflect and remind ourselves our blessed we are to be a part of this soccer culture, brotherhood and family at Arlington High School. The Lions come up short in their defense of their 2019 Div II CIF-SS Championship, but the journey and memories will be a lifelong memory that will always go beyond the wins and losses. The Lions finish their third straight season with 15+ wins, a tournament championship, a league championship and CIF-SS Quarterfinals o...r better in playoffs. Our 2020 class finishes with a 17-3-2 record (7-0-1 in Ivy League), Ivy League Champions for the third-straight season, Rocklin Invitational Champions and CIF-SS Quarterfinalists! Seniors- the journey and the relationships that we have created is unlike any other brotherhood in the community. Thank you for your commitment and excellence! 2-1 OT win over Warren HS to clinch a third straight visit to the CIF Quarterfinals for our Lions! Goals scored by Alex Macario-Cervantes and the game winner by Isaac Hernandez. The Lions are still dancing! On to the round of 16 v Warren (Downey) High School. Surrounded by a great home crowd, the Lions came away with a 3-0 victory over Long Beach Jordan High School. Goal scorers included Alexander Macario-Cervantes, Isaac Hernandez, and Carlos Zuniga. We take a trip down memory lane, as Warren High School was the site of our 2019 CIF Div II Championship. Here is our 2020 CIF Championship Div II Bracket. Our Lions are 15-2-2 representing the Ivy League as the #1 seed and the #4 CIF seed overall. The boys did it again! Your back-to-back-to-back League Champions. 2020 IVY LEAGUE CHAMPIONS! Shout out to our Boys Varsity group for their 3rd straight League Championship after a 5-2 victory in front of a great home crowd over Poly High School. Junior Varsity also defeated Poly 2-0 to secure their 4th straight League Championship. Frosh/Soph defeated Poly 3-1 to complete the sweep and our last official match of the season.
