World Class Believers - part 2 2-14-2021

Attention Prayer Partners Last Friday, the Supreme Court declared the governor’s restrictions against public worship in California as unconstitutional. As a result, we are now legally permitted to worship together on Sunday mornings at 10:45. All the health and safety precautions will be followed to help protect everyone who does attend this Sunday morning.... We understand some of our church family may prefer to remain at home for the foreseeable future. Our telephone conference calls and on-line live feeds of the worship services will continue to be available for many who want to connect this way. The children and youth Sunday School Classes will be meeting at 9:30 in their new rooms, as well as any adult classes who want to get together. With the renovations being made in the Family Life Center, new meeting spaces have been prepared to accommodate all our various classes and ministries each week. I’m very eager to see everyone and worship together again. This month will be exciting as we celebrate our church’s mission and ministry achievements. I hope you’ll plan to attend on February 28 as we host our LINKS missionary from Peru, Larry Garmin. It’s going to be a great month to worship together again. Attention Prayer Partners This coming month will be our emphasis for missions. Being a World Class Church has never been more vital to Arden Nazarene. We believe these are exciting days as we move forward in living out our mission both in this community and all the world regions. Our NMI Council has been working to prepare for these weeks of missions emphasis in February. We are all convinced God’s blessings on our church are directly tied to our commitment to the Great C...ommission and the Great Commandment in our community and around the world. You’ll hear more about how God is blessing our congregation in our Annual Business Meeting by Live Feed on February 21. You’ll also have an opportunity to vote for the church officers from 9:00 12:00 Noon that Sunday. The voting table will be set up in the church lobby where you can sign in to vote. All safety precautions will be in place for your visit. And we’ll also hear from Larry Garman, our missionary to Peru, on February 28. As you hear these various updates from our church leaders, you’ll have a better understanding of how God is working through your church’s ministries. Also be praying about your Faith Promise Pledge for the coming year. Thank you again for your faithfulness in stewardship and partnership in ministry over this past year. Not only have all our obligations been met as a church, but we’ve also seen the Lord provide through this Covid pandemic.
