Arcay Studios

The Communications students at The Master's University have produced over a dozen short films and one feature film over the past six years. They’ve produced everything including drama, mystery, comedy, science fiction, film noir, and musical. This semester, they got to try their hands at creating a western. The cast and crew met for three long days at Whitehorse Movie Ranch in Landers, California, the location where Sam Elliott and Lil Nas X shot their famous 2020 Superbowl commercial for Doritos. The production included horses, actual firearms, a dolly, camera jib, and a team made up of over 60 students, professors, and professionals. Koren from Arcay studios worked closely with the audio production students on recording clean production dialog on-set. We’re looking forward to collaborating with them again on the post production sound.

Earlier this year, we worked on an independent film called THE ESTATE. We were thrilled to welcome legendary actor Eric Roberts into the studio for ADR. The film premiered last week at The Newport Beach Film Festival. Congratulations to director James Kapner and the whole team.

It was so exciting to see "To the New Girl" on the big screen. We did the ADR six months ago, but these ladies have poured their hearts and souls into this production for three years. Brava

We did ADR today for an independent film called "To The New Girl." These actresses were fantastic! Eager to see the finished product.

We had the pleasure of working on a cute animated short called "The Oval" about a simple red balloon who doesn't fit in with the more expensive balloon animals in the store. We enjoyed the challenge of creating the sound design using authentic balloon sounds to give voices and emotions to all of the balloons. It came out so great!
