I thought of making some smaller Stary Night like pieces for people who can't afford a large one. Anybody have any ideas if that might sell and for what price and what size?

What a surprise. Don my most prolific collector just purchased my Chess Clock from eBay. I made this while attending Santa Monica College. It was one project in a 3-dimensional art class. You would tell the time by what chess piece was lit up.

I was sitting in a waiting room with a few other people with my mask on and reading a story of mine I hadn't read in a while and it made me laugh out loud. When... I realized that, because of the mask, the people around me didn't know if I was laughing or crying as I laughed so hard it brought tears to my eyes. Here's what I read from my story "A Catalina Christmas." I had taken my boat to Catalina Island to spend Christmas alone having been dumped by my girlfriend. It was a lonely and desolate spot to be in. Even the trees on shore looked lonely and forlorn. I thought about why Candy said she had to leave me. She had met another artist whose work spoke to her in ways that mine didn’t. She said she just couldn’t be with an artist who spent so much time making art out of pasta. She needed to be with a painter or at least a calligrapher. Pasta, she said, Would never hang in ‘The Louvre, although it might be served in the cafeteria. So here I am enjoying the art of painting nails. Although enjoying it may be overstating it. This will be for my new Van Gogh nail piece.

Were my art ends up in Ron's bar room next to his vintage letterbox that he turned into a wine cellar. I miss this piece "Steamin" a 3-dimensional rendition of a Mark Kostabi painting. It sold so fast I didn't get to enjoy it before it was gone.

All my books have suddenly started selling again. The pandemic slowed down my book sales and suddenly they took off again!
