Another good reason to move. Even if you don't want to hardcore exercise for whatever reason (most days I can think of many reasons ;)) make sure your lungs are getting their exercise. Building strong lung health is more important than ever right now.

Dear patients In response to the latest Coronavirus developments, we have decided to temporarily close our office. Our first priority is the wellbeing and health of our patients, employees, and community. This has been a difficult decision, but we wholeheartedly feel it's the right one. We are following the guidance and research from the CDC and CMS and from everything we are reading, the experts are indicating these next 2 weeks are critical to "flatten the curve". Although ...we feel our services are valuable and our clinic is very safe, we feel it is our responsibility to do everything we can to be a part of that flattening and not act in a way that fuels the spread. For everyone's sake and to lessen the strain on our healthcare system and our communities, we highly encourage you to greatly limit your exposures. The time is now to do our part to "flatten the curve." We are closely monitoring the situation. We are hoping that in the near future, we will be able to re-open our doors with specific procedures in place to ensure the health and safety of all our clients. We will continue to keep you informed and update you as we have more information. Karen will continue to be answering phones and checking voicemail regularly and once we have a date to re-open she will assist in rescheduling your appointment. If you are experiencing an acute or urgent situation that we can help you with, please email your provider directly or call our office and we will get in touch with you as soon as we can. We are also looking into the best way to offer telehealth appointments and herbal consults via a video platform. We look forward to the day when we see you back in our clinic and can continue to be a partner in helping you achieve your wellness goals.
