Today began with a feeling of being burnt out and fatigue balancing motherhood, online teaching facilitator my well-being, my business it’s truly all too much. Love this quote I found. It’s such a simple solution to focus on the beauty in front of us the mind likes complicated rabbit holes of stress. Today I choose to let it all go and stay present with the beauty in front of me. Would love to hear how this shifts the moment for you which is truly all that exists.
Remember to look beneath the appearances of life. This is where true peace lives.
Almost all of my clients are clairsentient or have an intuitive ability to feel others energy in their own body. If you have this sense it is a gift. You will require a larger need to care for your energetic bodies. As emotions run high today on Election Day, a beautiful way to soothe your soul body is to be in wonder today. My first noticing is the beautiful sun that rises each day and how I can tune to the energy of the sun to recharge and reset my field rather than to tune to the emotional frequency of the collective. This week I will share my favorite stress melters and tips to stay embodied (hint being connected to your body is the place to start) When the intensity is peaking and you feel your nervous system triggered ask yourself, where’s my feet? Feel into your feet with your breath and awareness and expand into the earth. After 10 breaths come back to the situation more centered
Positivity has been my mantra this week, so I smiled receiving this confirmation on my walk yesterday. I have been celebrating Navratri, with my goddess group and it is strengthening me to remember that no matter what is happening, practicing positive thoughts, pausing when the reactions aren’t positive and being loving to myself and choosing again

Remember how powerful you are to bring a positive energy to any situation. If you aren’t connecting to that positive flow that is always present all around and within us pause. Pause for 5 seconds, center yourself in your heart and ask your higher self for some wisdom. Works every time!

Powerful full moon energy today with an emphasis on how you relate to your personal power. Sending a warm hug Hope you are nurturing yourself this week feeling good is an inside job. When the stress hits or outside triggers happen, remember to breathe! Come back to it all throughout the day. My favorite breath is what I call the bliss breath. Inhale softly and pause, exhale softly and pause. Bring your awareness to the pause, the space between the breath. This is where your expanded self lives that is beyond the mind (the thinking mind is where all problems originate) This breath dials you into the part of yourself that is always whole, and free Enjoy!!
Nurture yourself this week! Dial into the power of intention, go deeply into your senses to uplift your spirit and fill your cup this week. First wipe your senses clean of expectations of what the usual is, allow yourself to have a fresh view. Two, allow yourself to have one focus this week, what feels good?
