"I see some brands crushing it and their ads are everywhere...but every time I try to run ads it doesn't work and I can't ever scale it up" That's what I hear all the time from the founders of fashion and apparel brands... If you are wondering why this is the case, here are some things to consider:... A major difference that no one talks about is that the Top 1% of apparel advertisers are focusing on Campaigns over Ads. And when you dig deeper it's really their strategy that sets them apart and informs every aspect of their customer acquisition system. Their systemized strategic approach allows them to experience the following while everyone else lags behind. Here are just a few of the ways their strategic systemized approach sets them apart: The Top 1% know their scaling velocity, how much to spend on ads in order to get X amount back in revenue Everyone else casino mentality, everything feels like a crap shoot The Top 1% plan months ahead to maximize specific seasons and holidays Everyone else scrambles to throw something together last minute The Top 1% create unique highly targeted audiences that no other brand can advertise to Everyone else uses random interest targeting hoping to find their audience The Top 1% focus on profitability, conversions and achieving higher ROAS Everyone else gets likes and clicks but rarely a sale The Top 1% know exactly who they are talking to and targeting for each campaign Everyone else feels like they are not reaching the right people with their ads The Top 1% grow consistently with each month building on the last Everyone else sees wild fluctuations in performance, can’t string together profitable months The Top 1% gain actionable insights from their data - thus getting better and better with each campaign Everyone else what do all these numbers even mean The Top 1% focus on quality and unique differentiation within their niche Everyone else is in a desperate race to the bottom, constantly marking things on sale The Top 1% follow a proven ad strategy and has a systematic, repeatable process Everyone else is guessing and doing things randomly The Top 1% leverage machine automation Everyone else does everything manually by hand If you aren’t doing what the top brands in fashion and apparel are doing What are you doing? Eventually every founder gets tired of the same old random ads and below average results over and over again. Once they finally reach the point of demanding a real change in their results, they take the time to learn how the successful brands are doing it.

Tom joined Apparel Ad Cloud and here is his story... His brand FitBody Sportswear, was a fairly new start up that was struggling to run ads profitably. They were barely breaking even. After implementing our ad strategy he's hit a major milestone: a profitable $100k in sales! He's been able to scale daily with the right system and apparel ad strategy in place, the sky is the limit Congratulations Tom!

Dave joined our Apparel Ad Cloud training and coaching program. Since then his sales have completely taken off. He's gone from feeling unsure about his ad strategy to complete confidence, being in sync with the facebook algorithm. After his first 8 days of launching campaigns AAC style, his profit recouped the cost of the program. After only 1 month of implementing some of the things we teach in the Apparel Ad Cloud program he had sales that surpassed even his highest ever months. Big congrats to Dave we can't wait to see what's next!

One of the challenges almost all apparel brands face is seasonality... From the Holidays to Valentine’s Day to Spring/Summer, there are natural peaks and valleys throughout the year. For an apparel brand, there should be 2 primary goals when it comes to ad strategy:...Continue reading

"What should I do for my adspend during the Coronavirus?" We’ve been asked by nearly everyone over the last week what their next move should be for their adspend on FB and IG during this time period. If you’re wondering what your strategy should be for this time period, then we hope to help by providing information, data and guidance to any brand who wants it. ... So, we’re going to start sending out quick updates on what we’re seeing across the Fashion and Apparel categories as it relates to FB and IG advertising. Let’s start with what we’re seeing for CPMs (cost per impressions) and Adspend across apparel accounts. We analyzed the last 2 weeks across accounts to see if we can identify any patterns across costs and spend. Note that we used last Thursday as a dividing marker, as that was the escalation of the news cycle across the country. Here is what we have found: The week before the escalation (Thurs 3/5/20 - Wed 3/11/20) as compared to the week following the escalation (Thurs 3/12/20 - Wed 3/18/20): Week over Week... Costs (CPMs) are down 28.68% Adspend is up on average of 9.34% What this means: The surge in screen time over the last week has led to a dramatic decrease in ad costs. Brands are starting to take notice and spend more, as the costs to reach new and existing customers has dropped significantly. We anticipate this will likely continue for the near future as the drop in ad costs and increase in adspend are correlated. We’ll continue to provide updates on apparel category ad data and the top advertisers over the next few weeks. If you have any questions about your ad strategy during this time, feel free to DM me directly on FB Stay healthy and safe Justin

I’d like to give you some background on how I ended up co-founding the Apparel Ad Cloud and what we hope to achieve in the future. It involves two big Ah-Ha moments that began with this quote:... "What most people don’t realize...an agency ‘has’ to over-charge their clients." You can read the full post here: https://www.appareladcloud.com/about
