MERRY CHRISTMAS I had a few minutes at the shop yesterday for reindeer games and selfies. I am a somewhat weary, grayer-haired reindeer this year than last, and my heart is GLAD and I am THANKFUL, because I am here, my husband is here, our families and our loved ones are here and healthy, and this little shop, this little 335 square feet of curated love that is my passion and livelihood, has survived this year. I know the stories for so many this year are so differe...nt. I am thankful for my co-op collaborators who are in this endeavor with me and provide me their own intruiging found objects, curiousities, and beauties to sell, alongside my own...and for those who select my shop to consign & sell their collected wonders...and to my remarkably kind and funny husband, who is the antique clock and furniture restoration doctor, heavy lifter, and my biggest encourager...and to my amazing customers & visitor~friends, who enjoy the magic of the shop with me, and who very often choose to exchange their money for found treasure, and thus a small business on a main street stays alive . I'm sending all the love I can to our Benicia community and small businesses, our region, and to our state, our country, and the world .
