GET TO KNOW US! Each month we are taking a moment feature one of our dedicated employees to get to know them better. This month we are featuring our very own Elysia "Lisi" Ayson. She has been a scribe with us for 4 years! Her favorite food is Thai food. When not at work she loves to be active and enjoys the outdoors. When asked what her favorite part of the job is, she replied "I love doing contact lens trainings. I love the joy someone feels when they finally can put their... contact lenses on. I also love working with children." The love for her job and joy she brings to others has made her a valuable part of this team. Thank you for your dedication and sunny disposition Lisi! In an effort to make sure all of our employees and their continued efforts are recognized, we like to acknowledge this growth by taking the time to celebrate each others strengths. This month Kelly was recognized for her determination during one of the hardest processes..growth. Wendy was recognized as our MVP!!!! She continually is trying to learn more and create better practices to help everyone have a better experience. Erica was acknowledged as most improved this month for practicing more self awareness and ownership to help those around her. Thank you to our amazing team and keep up the good work ladies!!!
