This is the show we are currently taking submissions for. The deadline is the 20th, and the virtual show will air on Independence day. This show reflects your p...ersonal vision of the future, and it can be anything. As a sidebar showcase, we will also be featuring selected works of artistic protest signs, depicting any movement of your choosing. Since this show is virtual, there will be no showcasing in the physical gallery, just virtually. You can submit your pieces until the 20th via www wacartsav.org or through our email: [email protected]. Submit high quality photos that best reflect the details of your piece. We still expect matting and framing, or if it's canvas without a frame....make sure the edges are painted. Thanks for hanging in there as we wait for this coronavirus thing to blow over! In the meantime, let's continue the excitement for "The Self" exhibition by posting a short video talking about the artwork in the show! Artists, this may be tricky without the art actually with you, but see it as a teaser for when we eventually have the opening. In light of all things coronavirus/COVID-19, the opening for "The Self" (previously scheduled for this evening) will be postponed until further notice. As an arts group that is devoted to the community, we must do our part in flattening the curve and keeping our community members as safe as possible.
