Hospitals in California have been hard hit by the most recent spike in coronavirus cases. We were asked to help in the city of Lancaster and our Samaritan's Pur...se Emergency Field Hospital is now set up and nearing completion to begin receiving #COVID19 patients this week. We would be grateful for your prayers for our medical team on the ground here, for our hospital and team working in North Carolina, and for all the frontline healthcare workers across the country who have been in a difficult marathon to try to save lives. We were recently at the Antelope Valley Area CHP Office bringing in some toys for the CHiPs for Kids program. Thank you to our local California Highway Patrol Officers, staff, and volunteers for making this toy drive a success.

UCLA had it's CCT Mobile ECMO ambulance at AVH today. Keep up the good work and nice looking ambulance!

A little snow in the morning (see my previous post) a lot more in the afternoon. Snow coming down good and we are out running calls. Be safe out there everyone, take your time and keep warm.

A little bit of snow dropped this morning at the station but has already melted into slush on the ground. Second round of snow for us this season. Be safe driving out there everyone!

Our annual toy drop off to the CHiPs for Kids last Saturday in Palmdale. Thank you to the CHP Officers that put in their time and to the CHP Senior Volunteers that make this toy drive a success.
