"Dean Downs" Employee of the Month for November 2015: Cheur "Billy" Moua Billy has worked for Ano-Tech for 23 years. Billy has done many jobs here at Ano-Tech and done them all with great success. Our customers never see or talk to Billy, but they need to know that he is one of the main reasons their parts come back correctly and looking great. Billy always has a great smile on his face and makes it hard for you to be around him without making you smile as well. We are so thankful to have someone with Billy's talents working here at Ano-Tech. Thank You Billy for Everything you do for Ano-Tech and for our customers.

Ano-Tech Spotlight: One of the critical areas of our business is making sure that every part has the correct build up, color and protection for its material type. Rick Rodriguez is our Lead Anodizer. Rick has worked for Ano-Tech for 15 years and has been an amazing rock when it comes to getting the job done and done right. Rick is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the the customer gets what they want, whether that means staying late or changing his hours to bet...ter serve the needs of production and always keeps the team motivated. He's a family guy to the core, with wife Melissa, sons RJ, Chris, Elijah and daughters Samantha and Dallas. Rick knows that spending time with the family is most important, and enjoys camping, fishing or taking a fun vacation as often as possible. Rick also enjoys watching his Dallas Cowboys(well maybe not this year), and the Oakland A's. He is a Rock for his family and a Rock for us here at Ano-Tech. Ano-Tech Spot Light- When you are looking for someone who has watched it being done, done it himself or taught someone else to do it Somphane Phongsa is your guy. Somphane, better known as, "Pon", has been with Ano-Tech Metal Finishing for over 20 years. Pon is our lead racker, with his creativity in knowing the best way to rack parts for Ano-Tech and our customers. Pon always makes sure that we can get the maximum amount on a rack without putting the parts at risk for da...mage. Pon is also in charge of highly technical masking on parts. Ano-Tech is able to offer precision masking due to his ability to read blueprints and his knowledge of highly technical masking procedures. Pon has a wonderful family with his wife Gail and daughter Leann, they enjoy spending quality time together whether playing golf or going to Pebble Beach to watch tournaments. He is a proud father who has watched his daughter become one of the best Junior Golfers in the Valley. Ano-Tech is a family and with amazing guys like Somphane Phongsa working with us we have no limits on where we can go. Thank You Pon. See more

Ano-Techs October 2015 Dean Downs Employee of the Month is Jackie. Jackie has been at Ano-Tech for 16 years. Quality is number one for Jackie, attention to detail and making sure that the products that leave our facility are of the highest quality. Thank You Jackie for everything you do and congrats for being the October 2015 Dean Downs Employee of the Month.

Ano-Tech Spot light, Two critical pieces to Ano-Tech's success is Brett and Kendra Hunter. Kendra Hunter(Downs) is the youngest daughter of the companies founders Dean and Carol Downs and the Sister to Company President Kelly Downs. Kendra is a board member and brings valuable insight to the business. Brett is Vice President in charge of production. Brett started working at Ano-Tech 20 years ago and has brought a sense of stability to the company. Brett and Kendra have three amazing children and love spending time at Shaver Lake. The strength they show together is what helps anchor the Company as we move into the future.

Ano-Tech Spot Light- with all of the changes thru the years there has been one constant, Carol Downs. Carol started Ano-Tech with the love of her life Dean Downs in 1981, moving from Orange County, Together with sweat and determination they worked to make the foundation that is Ano-Tech. Carols experience in finance set a stable base for the business to grow. With her radiant smile and non stop attitude Carol continues to push and strive forward. Although her daughter Kelly runs the day to day operations Carol still makes her appearances to lend her advise and makes sure she is here to give out the Employee of the Month award. For those of us here today, we understand if it was not for the hard work and determination of Dean and Carol Ano-Tech would not be here today.

Enimia is the Employee of the Month for July 2015. Enimia has worked for Ano-Tech at two different times for a total of 15 years. Enimia is a bright light here at Ano-Tech, Her smile and bubbly personality keeps everyone with high spirits. with a strong family background Enimia worked for approximately 6 years and then focused on her family returning to Ano-Tech a few years later and never missed a beat. We are blessed to have Enimia here at Ano-Tech and so are our customers. Congrats Enimia this is well deserved.
