Last escrow of 2020 just closed today, just in time to hit the 30th closed transaction of the year. I remember when @getrealvalley mentioned hitting the dirty 30 each this year and seemed like a long way to go since we have other things going and on top the unprecedented events that took place this year. Now we’re both off to start 2021 with a clean slate, no escrows open, and couldn’t be happier because that means together we will have another 60+ opportunities to help fa...milies or individuals who are looking to buy or sell real estate. #MerryChristmas & I hope through the uncertainty this year has brought to many that each one remembers that life is filled with ups and downs and we always have to keep moving forward. At one point I expected the worst this year, but 2020 has given me so much personal and professional growth. Above all this year has given me the love I’ve discovered through being the father of my two sons. Now I’m not a religious person (sorry mom); however, there’s a verse in the Bible that ...stuck with me from back in the day and 2020 has gifted me a deep understanding of it: Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Through fatherhood I’ve discovered that this verse is the meaning of what I call #UnconditionalLove You become a better version of you once you’ve discovered this so I hope you can use it and apply it to your own version of unconditional love.
