Aloha, Pineapple Peeps! Yes, I am still Alive & Yes, I have kept my weight off; however I stopped drinking my Pineapple drinks for about Five months and gained 10 pounds back so I weigh 133 pound. It is more than I want to weigh so I'm gonna start back on my healthier plan again. Sorry that I have been away from my site for a long while! I've been dealing with a lot.
