Mother Nature takes her time and it's always worth the wait. How can we learn from her?
Just a little reminder this Valentine's Day... Celebrate all the love, especially to yourself! Art by @holisticallygrace
What makes you feel alive?
Just to name a few... We’re here for you, ready when you are. Art by @selfcarespotlight
The essence of life is produced through experience. Books are wonderful, an education can be helpful, and facts are important, but those things as an experience imprint in our brains in a unique and impactful way. Be open to experiences with those important to you.
I hope that you are reminded that no matter what darkness has lingered in your mind and heart, by grace, this moment, is a beautiful new start. You are allowed to breathe deep here, and soar high in these warm, setting skies, because even here, even now, there is room and time for you to gather strength and courage to fly. - @morganharpernichols
There is often a pressure to only think of the positives, especially over the holiday season. Holding the Yes, AND acknowledges the good parts while also giving space for the hard parts. You’re allowed to have BOTH and it’s okay.
If you’re new to the mindfulness or meditation practice, this feels SO real! The practice takes just that - practice. Use some apps or YouTube videos to help guide you and learn new techniques that fit for you. Give yourself some grace as you learn to quiet your mind and stay grounded. Art by @skybanyes
Happy Thanksgiving from us to you and yours! We know this year’s celebration looks a lot different, so remember to be kind to yourself, stay safe, and find gratitude the little things. We are so thankful for all of you!
This is how I took care of my mind, body and soul this morning. With all the busyness of work, kids, and life it can be hard to find time for self care. When I make the time, I never regret it. Find some time to take care of yourself today!
There’s something about the ocean that makes you feel small. Like you’re just a single bird on the edge of the world. The vastness of blues expanding around you. The sand ever changing beneath your feet. The water taking away your worries with each wave. What do you think of when you look at the ocean?
We miss our office and seeing you in person! Check out the highlight in our bio to get a little tour of what it will be like to visit our office when it’s safe again.
