Its funny to see the amount of growth that has happened in my life in just the past 2-3 years - specifically when it comes to food. Its a blessing to have a family that is so supportive! I didn't know my mom and dad we're going to come support my first author fair - my sister said she would be there and kept them a secret. I was overwhelmed with joy and love when the 3 of them walked in. This fair wasn't some giant thing, but it was my first and having them show up made me feel like a million bucks and a new york times best seller! Being ALL IN is not just ONE aspect of your Life, its making sure you are ALL IN everywhere, including Diet, Mindset, and routine. This transformation was in the span of about 7-10 days. I randomly got a flare up after my "post holiday flare up" and I was confused. I was locked in on my celery juicing, my diet, back in the gym, drinking A LOT of water, I DEEP cleaned my apartment, etc. But what I failed to realize was that I had made what I thought was minor changes that has ...a BIG affect on my skin. I changed shampoo and soap! This goes back to your routine and knowing what works best for you! The store was out of what I typically used (an unscented oatmeal based soap/collodial silver soap) and I figured another brand of a similar soap and shampoo would do just fine. WELL - it wasn't! Luckily for me after growing through my skin journey I started to do some detective work and realized that was the culprit! I was so frustrated this past 7-10 days but I am so glad to have figured it out and not let it bring me down!
