Here is what is going on in the market: Currently unsold homes, 1,989 made up of 1,464 single family and 525 condo/townhouses. Compare this to 3,235 homes at this time last year. A lot fewer homes but about the same number of homes in contract. There will be an increase in the loan rates coming in the next month so if you like the rate and price of homes, get in while it's low.
