Please join us for an uplifting family satsang evening on zoom this Wednesday the 16th from 6:30 to 7:45pm or so. We will do a Christmas chant, meditate briefly, tell Christmas stories and listen to Christmas music as we connect and do a simple craft, ending with healing prayers for the world. Parents for the craft: please have a firm plastic embroidery needle, some strong thread, some plain pre-popped popcorn and some fresh cranberries if possible. We will be making stringed garlands to put on your Christmas tree or to put outside on the trees in your yard for the birds to enjoy. (If you would like to get the thread ready to strand the popcorn and cranberries, feel free to double up the thread and then tie several knots at the bottom so that the popcorn and cranberries don’t slide off. You can make the strand fairly long but not too long that it is difficult to handle.) Also if you would like to make some hot chocolate for your children, we can enjoy drinking some together towards the end of the program. A blessed and bright Christmas season to you!
