Today 10/21 we will be closed for a little break we would like to give our team. I was inspired by @senor_johnny who gave his employees a mental health day to recover from the intensities of service. @waxpaper has done the same in the past. We love what we do here, we are overjoyed by your support and love. Small break to recharge is something our industry traditionally doesn’t do. And yea, it’s mainly because of the economics that most restaurants are open 6 or 7 days a week.... The price of food matters if you want to see restaurants stay around. My cooks they are so talented, I wish we could take more time off to reward them for their good efforts, hopefully soon. ALSO, last nights TTT w @senor_johnny was fantastic.
