"Our dietician, Sabine, received her B.S. in Nutritional Science and Clinical Dietetics with post graduate training in Eating Disorders from University of California Berkeley. She was recruited by her former mentor for a specialty training at UC Berkeley. It was the first one of its kind at the time and she jumped on the opportunity because, and Sabine quotes, I liked the challenge of the treatment of eating disorders. In school we were told how difficult they were to treat because clinicians did not really understand them and the treatment requires several different modalities and disciplines to be involved to see recovery.
