You need to create a Power of Attorney. Do you have your document? A notary is not allowed to carry power of attorney forms. By doing so, it is considered giving legal advice. Unless your notary is also a paralegal or a lawyer, you will need to find the power of attorney form that works for your situation. You can find them on line or in office supply stores. Once you have your document give me a call to get it notarized. 707-864-9517 Let's get it done.

I thought it was about time that I added my mobile notary service on FaceBook. My goal is to inform the general public as to what is needed for a successful notary signing. which includes: which ID is acceptable, what a notary does, and what is required by the signer(s). Hopefully this will help alleviate any hurdles before they become road blocks.
