While the IG top 9 is cool, for me as a coach, it would be unfair to post 9 photos of runners, when tons of others deserve an insane amount of respect as well. Every athlete here at Ame For It is equal. Worldwide. Each coached just as hard as the next. Time on the clock, running resumes, mean nothing as to the level of care you receive from me. If you put the work in, do the things you need to do to be successful here, then you are just as important as the next guy or ga...l. The 2:15 marathoner deserves the same amount of love and respect as the athlete training for his or her first 5K. It’s always been that way, and always will be. So, shout out to our athlete base, Worldwide, as a whole. Each and every one of you holds a special place in my heart, and are creating forever memories for many years to come!
