Bear crawls, inch worms, mountain climbers, planking, circle push-ups, side planking, hollow man and more were part of the morning wake up call. Awesome job by this group!
This lady is making huge progress. Strength and endurance are better and better each week.
At the end of the workout when she is not able to make her legs do anymore and the feel like jelly - you know your job is done. This is only part of the workout from today. Each move was done for 1 minute 3 X's. No breaks given until the sets were completed. She works hard and takes everything I dish out.
I just adore this lady! She is determined and perseveres! Limited mobility when we first started due to arthritis and bad edema. Her flexibility is getting stronger all the time. She's now doing wall push-ups!! You are never too old and no excuses!
This lady came to me with not much endurance and a few issues that got in the way of a heavier workout. Today we started Tabata intervals and she did amazing! Her endurance is up and I'm so proud of how far she has come!
This weighted ball workout looks easy but I can assure you was not. Heather kicked its butt though
Working these ladies out upper and lower body were sore after. Our cheerleaderBronson was there barking in the back ground. Great job, you ladies always kick butt!

Control was important in keeping the legs off the ground while holding the weighted balls up then bringing them to the arms. Tummy burning going on.
We had a 100 rep challenge on the upper body today. Afterwards you would think our arms would be too tired but three of us decided to try planking and warrior 2 pose on the wall. Warrior 2 was difficult and we clearly need to get our form down but all your body weight going into one arm and your core engaged to hold the feet on the wall is tough! #justforfun
