Fast paced design-build office located in Los Angeles looking for: Full time: Interior Design & Construction Developer (5 years' experience required) Day to Day functions: Lots of computer work, calls to vendors for estimates and quotes, locating resources / vendors, putting together complete pricing packages for client presentation, coordinating on daily functions / interaction with designers, subs, and GC, possible client meetings, establishing client binders, etc.... Qualifications: 1) Minimum 5 years working experience: Assembling full construction document packages, CAD floor plans, elevations, details, RCP, interior finishes, budgets, etc. 2) Excellent math and spelling skills, attention to detail, quality control of working drawings. 3) Well versed in Excel/project scheduling/use of project scheduling software, materials selection, local suppliers, construction sites, site inspections, FF&E binders, meeting notes. 4) Fluent in English; have a car and current driver's license; be a self-starter; team player; excellent at sharing/relaying of information.
