COMING SOON! THE 1ST EUROPEAN DRUG DISCOVERY FOR NEURODEGENERATION CONFERENCE 15-17 May 2016 in Budapest, Hungary Presented by the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery ...Foundation This didactic conference will educate scientists on the processes of translating basic research into novel therapies and will leave participants with a strong knowledge base and relevant resources to address the associated barriers and challenges in developing a drug. The programs will also highlight case studies of small molecule and biologics programs at different stages of development aimed at tackling challenging CNS targets relevant to neurodegenerative diseases. Read more and register at the event website: worldeventsforum.com/addf/edrugdiscovery/ Early Bird Registration rates apply through 15 April 2016!
One of the best research approaches on why we need to have multi-targeted therapy to treat #Alzheimer's! Starting with a strong and promising data, Amaritbio is confident to develop a single drug that would be effective against muti-factorial #Alzheimer's. http://news.harvard.edu//05/new-clarity-against-alzheimers/
A very useful and informative conference to learn more about #Alzheimer's Research!
Don't miss one of the best conference for Neuroscience, especially Alzheimer's!
A significant progress by AmaritBio towards discovery of a small molecule that can affect multiple targets associated with Alzheimer's disease.
Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2014 ..
AMARITBIO is an early stage innovative drug discovery company focused on novel chemistry based proprietary technologies to discover effective small molecule therapeutics for Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), a disease that has no cure. AMARITBIO is developing a single drug that will have the ability to affect various hallmarks associated with highly complex AD in the form of Disease Modifying Anti-Alzheimer’s Therapy (DMAAT). We are pleased to announce our continuous efforts of disco...vering a single drug that would have effects on multi-factorial AD. We have been optimizing our initial proprietary leads, and as a result we have identified extremely potent molecules. Among them, AM925044 (IC50: 7 nM, GACE), AM925042 (IC50:25 nM, GACE) and AM925070 (IC50: 70 nM, BACE) will be further explored for subsequent selection as a preclinical candidate and IND filing. AMARITBIO is very pleased to announce that the screening (confirmed) of small molecules against Alzheimer’s at Stanford resulted into the identification of very potent molecules. AMARITBIO is now focusing on tuning those molecules with a view to identify an appropriate preclinical candidate for IND filing. About AMARITBIO: AMARIT Biosciences, Inc. is a start up company focused on a small molecule discovery to treat some of the neurological disorders, especially Alzheimer’s Disease. The company has developed a novel and proprietary approach called Disease Modifying Anti-Alzheimer Therapy (DMAAT) to cure and reverse the AD symptom.
Great work with a amazing vision by Gates Foundation ....
Positive effects of coffee on Memory...
Unexpected, but exciting preliminary data on a drug screening for neurological disorders, especially Alzheimer's, has also prompted us to design and develop a small molecule therapy to treat Parkinson's disease. Exciting research, but will be systematically handled to enrich AmaritBio's pipeline.
