Hello Everyone, Currently we have a private or shared bedroom available for seniors ages 60 - above. We are a family run facility and we welcome each resident as one of our family. We have the facility running since 2014. The name Alvin was from my late older brother 1st Lt. Alvin Bulaoro. We are licensed for 6 beds. Currently there are 4 caregivers including me so the ratio of caregivers to residents is 4/6 that means your loved ones will have a care he/she needs and will ...never be alone. Unlike any other assisted living facility in California we have a lifetime fixed pricing, which means the monthly payment foy your loved ones will never go up, and we will provide you with pricing that you're flexible with. Once every week we have a road trip to the beach (Oceanside pier) with snack choices of the resident included. On every holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Super Bowl, New Year's eve & Etc.) And on birthdays of the residents, we will ask them their favorite foods and we provide them WITHOUT ANY CHARGES. The residents' families and friends are invited.
