These guys have inspired us so much with their insanely delicious lagers that we had to pick their brain and learn from their approach. For Bonus Lager we’ve focused on crafting an American Pilsner! We’ve used a small amount of flaked corn in traditional ‘Merican fashion, and employed stateside Noble-type varieties Zuper Saazer and Sterling into the boil and whirlpool. The result is an i...ncredibly pale lager that presents a gorgeous white head of foam with subtle floral aromas and a light grainy sweetness. HOT PINK BLADEZZZ! ... A highly succulent Double Dry Hopped DIPA brewed with our buds from LA, @highlandparkbrewery! Inspired by Bob and Dauv’s affinity for hardcore blading, featuring THE MOST RADICAL HOPS! Specifically, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Strata. This is a hefty beer with a huge bouquet of pineapple, mango, white grape and creamy orange starburst, along with a balanced bitterness and a big ol’ fluffy body from lots of raw wheat added to the grist. We wouldn’t advise blading after drinking one of these...it’s more for POST-BLADE celebratory purposes!

BONUS LAGER! is a 5.1% American Pilsner, and our second collab with HPB. You just can't collaborate with these guys and NOT brew a lager. It's easy drinking, nuanced and presents beautifully in your glass! BIGGIE'S BLUEBERRY BRUNCH BONANZA is 7% kettle sour ale with blueberry & vanilla. This is the OG, classic version of BBBB and features more balance, acidity and drinkability than some of it's thicker counterparts. And finally STRAWBERRY MAI TAI is back! BESTEST PART OF WAKING UP! ... It's stout season friends!! And to celebrate we took our Nitro Milk Stout (Best Part of Waking Up) with coffee, cacao and vanilla, and cranked it up a notch. This double version is incredibly decadent with tons of milk chocolate character and strong notes of espresso. The tiny bubbles from nitro carbonation and rich vanilla pulls it all together with a creamy, velvety texture. SHAKE AND POUR HARD for best results! TRIPLETS!! ... All the babies combined into one enormous Double IPA, OOZING with the finest Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Galaxy hops on the planet. There's so much going on with the aroma in this beer we're not even going to share our tasting notes, it's like an everlasting gobstopper - changes every 5 minutes! We're particularly proud of the body of this beer, it has an insanely creamy texture and presents a cool whip head of foam that cakes onto the glass. TAYBERRY CREAM! ... This has become a staple in our kettle sours as of late, for good reason! It's probably the jammiest offering we make, and Tayberries themselves, along with heaps of additional Raspberry & Blackberry are some of the most aromatic fruit you can stuff into a beer. And "stuff" is quite literal, there's over metric ton of fruit in this batch, and we're not even talking about the Slush variant yet (more on that in a second). There's a small amount of lactose... and some vanilla to provide the "cream" factor, but the fruit takes the stage front and center. ... SLUSH - what's up with that!? Based on feedback from Haole Slush, and given how much of a nightmare it was to get that beer through production, it's steered us towards releasing smaller batches of Slush variants of various sours going forward along with the regular release. For Tayberry Slush, we conditioned around 8 barrels of existing, finished Tayberry Cream on 500 lbs of more fruit. So it's been fruited twice, and it's even more decadent and concentrated. These are fun to release, but we do warn you - they do not resemble beer in the slightest! ... Both of these are still available onburphopsnow.comfor shipping throughout the state, although Slush supply is quite low and we foresee it gone pretty soon (also nearly out in Monterey / Carmel). MO'VEZA! ... We're on a West Coast lager kick again, and this time it's Citraveza's cousin featuring Mosaic! Think of this as Mai Tai lager, but even more crushable. A clean, oh-so-crispee lil' lager with a modest dry hopping of Mosaic hops. A limited quantity remains onburphopsnow.comand at both our Carmel & Monterey locations!

SPOOKY JUICE! ... Three years of making this beer! A terrifyingly juicy double IPA dry hopped at a rate of close to 7 lbs per barrel with a hair raising medley of hops, both cryo and T90 pellet. This year’s batch features Simcoe, Ekuanot, and experimental hop HBC 586. We're seeing notes of mango, candied grapefruit, lemon zest and a little bit of coconut. NECTARINE CREAM! ... Back again, just before the end of stone fruit season. Just as the name implies, this beer is like biting into a juicy nectarine and chasing it with ice cream. Nearly a metric ton of fruit was used, paired with milk sugar for a creamy mouthfeel and a touch of vanilla to complete the package.
