It was fun to share about selling land in the December Newsletter! LAND FOR SALE HUGE HIT! One of The Altschuler Group's most interesting listings of 2020 was simply the result of picking up the phone on a Saturday morning in late July. Iris called asking if it was possible for me to represent a 1 acre lot in Fresno and possibly another 20 in Tulare County. As it turned out, Iris was representing her father's estate, which she's been trying to liquidate for 2 years. She deepl...y desires to honor her father's memory through appropriate representation. If we were successful, she indicated there were acouple more lots she'd have me research and list later in the year. All lots are zoned mostly for agricultural purposes. Well, the Fresno lot sold in 2 days for $10,000 over asking! Then the 20 acres sold by the time we were ready to put it on the market, and another 140 acres sold BEFORE listing! We now have 4 more agricultural land lots available. Interestingly, these are all properties zoned for agriculture with definite interest in the Central Valley. Iris has been amazing to work with. She listens, is flexible, and is a motivated seller. Best of all, she simply wants to honor her father's name and legacy. Here is another article from our recent newsletter: It's hard to believe 2020 is coming to an end, but we are so grateful for what this year has meant to the Altschuler Group. We know this year has been so different and hard for many of us. For the Altschuler Group, we had to come up with new ways of showing properties and take extra precaution in doing so. We created videos of homes and land lots to share to make sure interested buyers could really see a property when we cou...ld not show a property in person. Our team grew and we are so excited to see how we will continue to grow. Nancy and Terrance worked together came up with a way to sell properties that ensures you would have the best experience, and by adding Sarah to the team we made sure you would get the best experience online.
