I finished this Trinity Knot Celtic tiara for a local client. It’s sterling silver with a 24K gold overlay and I set a white Topaz. Finished up this necklace headed to Australia in a few. I was going to say it’s for an autumn wedding but my poles are reversed so a Springtime one. Set with an emerald and with my usual styling of Celtic/Irish/Scottish symbolism of various knot work designs. I try to make classy and elegant pieces to last beyond a wedding event. A gentle filigree inspired art nouveau-ish necklace in sterling silver with onyx, sapphire and aquamarine gemstones.

A few posts ago this was on my bench, unfinished, and in various stages of completion. Today, I rounded it into shape, and put it in a magnetic tumbler to get the oxidation off. The client wants two moonstones, but since I’ve yet to polish the tiara headpiece, I was using alternating gems to see what might also look interesting and eye-catching. A Golden Amber would be lovely, too. Still a work in progress, but it’s busy work I do in stages while waiting to see where this fir...e goes. I always appreciate your feedback so tell me, do you like the green onyx with amethyst or the moonstone? Again, sometimes I make pieces without any plan or structure of thought...I just listen to good music and let things flow. This is a woodland and vine inspired bracelet cuff, in sterling silver, with a gorgeous blue lapis. I used some vine work to help secure the setting of the gemstone.

Finished this Irish knot necklace with a sapphire. Symmetry, symbolism, smooth lines with patterns are fun to create. I attached a 20 box chain so this piece hangs lower than most. Finished this piece for an October wedding - lunar cycles, the moon in itself has always drawn me in. Like, when I look up and see the slightest of crescent moons in the night sky, it grabs something deep and molecular inside me. An audible gasp of breath.
