Last night I had a few friends over to help me celebrate my little slice of escapism! So much has happened in the last 4 years that it makes my head spin. The AltaTiki Lounge has hosted uncountable deep conversations, lofty laughs, boozy experiments, quite coffees, purrings, pranks, and that’s what she saids, and I hope it gets to be the venue for many many more with all of you my very good friends! Thanks also for all the food and booze and bartending and life advice and compliments. Y’all are good people! And a super mondo special thank you to my heavenly hostess of hotness, Cat, for all the help, making everyone feel good ... and for just being here.

WHICH ONE OF YOU??!!!

Hello California & Arizona Tiki (and other) Party People I’m road-tripping to Arizona Tiki Oasis and would love to meet up with some of you along the way, hit... some of your favorite cool bars/restaurants/sites, and I’d really love to check out some HOME TIKI BARS (for which I’d be happy to return in kind at The AltaTiki Lounge) - so HOOK ME UP! My likely route will leisurely amble down the 101 to SLO & Ventura area, then to the greater LA area (with possible detours to Long Beach and maybe San Diego), then to Palm Springs, then Phoenix/Scottsdale, but I'm free to wander. Recommendations for places to flop for a night are also very appreciated. I’ll leave for the trip some time the first week of April, but it will depend on what I hear from you all, so PM me if you want to meet up, or have any tips -- and please tag anyone I missed!
