Global Hand Washing Day. Even before Covid-19 hit all of us, we at Alta Loma Dental Care, have focused on keeping our hands clean! We have lots of practice washing our hands and we wanted to share some quick tips about keeping your hands clean to help prevent the spreading of germs. 1. Wet your hands and apply some soap. (Any hand soap will do, but we like the foamy kind. ) 2. Rub your hands together for at least 20 seconds. If you prefer to keep track of time in a mo...re fun way, sing a short song like our assistant Gaby! (Happy birthday is just the right length!) 3. Make sure to get the soap all over your hands, including between the fingers and the back of your hands. (Don't forget the fingernails!) 4. Rinse in running water. (Get those suds off!) 5. Then DRY!
