A big part of preschool is just learning to get along with our friendWe are still learning about polar bears and where they come from.

This week we are learning about polar bears and the letter Rr.

We are having plumbing issues and we will not be able to open tomorrow for school. Have a great four day weekend, see you Tuesday. Alps View staff

Today we made pretend cookies and other delicious food, played with the magnetic letters, building and talked about the letter Nn and then we practiced trying to cut the letter N out.

Elfie Jingles has been hanging out in our class this week keeping an eye out for those being kind and nice. As always we did lots of building with the different types of blocks and used our imaginations during free play. We also made Christmas trees this week that we plan to send to the residence of the convalescent hospital to give them some cheer this holiday season. Have a great weekend.

Today we built a castle, made things with bristle blocks and enjoyed the couch in front of our Christmas tree. We are growing a sweet potato, we will see if it makes it all winter.

We made ornaments for our felt Christmas tree, pretended to wrap up presents, build with Legos and played with letters.

We are so happy to be back at school. We enjoyed the art center (drawing, gluing, cutting, painting), playing in the kitchen and building with blocks.
