Have you met Joani? She’s an extraordinary human. A mother, teacher, and friend. She doesn’t do social media. And that, in and of itself, is rather profound. - She teaches Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings 8-9am, Bikram 60. Shes’s also helped tend to the studio in many ways you don’t see on the daily. - We love her dearly and think you will too.

Blood, sweat, and tears. We’ve shed these so many times since March 18th, 2020. This place we call home, @alpenflowyoga , has been nothing short of triumphant in her journey to exist. - 100’s of hours, countless individuals, a lot more investment in infrastructure, with no real idea of what will happen next. - While the world seemingly went outdoors, we focused on bringing it indoors, looking ahead to the 8 months a year that Tahoe dictates indoor activities aside from snow p...lay. - We have been shamed, and praised, countless times by individuals that have an expert opinion. We continue to make space for opinions, but also know that this is home, and we’ll continue the good fight for her. - The practice teaches us to focus on ourselves, create those shifts within, temper actions with wisdom, and always let go of what misdirects energy.
