Learning hula, chants, and most importantly protocols from the source is how you set yourself up for success. You will be mkaukau, ready for anything and whenever. By learning from YouTube or a teacher who doesnt say who she or he learned from, you'll miss that foundation and the protocols that go with that dance. So the solution here is to be careful in who you learn from. My advice is to do your homework. We make sure you start from the beginning.
